Pilgrim's Europe in Westerleigh is seeking a Pork Packing Supervisor for the PM shift to support our Packing team. You will lead daily operations, ensure food safety standards, and drive continuous improvement inside a busy production area.
The role involves supervising the BPP department, coordinating with Engineering and HR, and maintaining high quality and compliance across shifts. Previous leadership in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
