Pilgrim's Europe in Peterborough is seeking a Hatchery Operations Assistant to support the Department Lead in daily hatchery activities. You will help maintain chick quality, hygiene standards and welfare, while promoting ethical practices across the team.
The role involves organizing routines, ensuring safe working conditions, and developing familiarity with hatchery equipment. Working hours are 04:15–15:30, four days out of six on a rolling 6-week cycle with overtime paid for early checks.
