As a People Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the People Services and Talent teams. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of key tasks, requiring strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for attraction cost avoidance and cost savings.
- Prepare and manage detailed HR reports to support decision-making across the organisation.
- Manage system setups, including configuring employee profiles on Networx and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a process and tracker to monitor working time breaches, utilising BI reports in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the administration of purchase orders (PO's) accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an immigration and right-to-work tracker, ensuring documentation is obtained at least two months in advance.
- Coordinate with Line Managers to collect necessary paperwork and escalate any issues to Employee Relations (ER).
- Respond to general queries with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide ad hoc support to the People Services and Talent teams, assisting with various tasks as needed.
