We\’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a People Assistant to join our team. This site-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support across all areas of HR.

As our People Assistant, you\’ll be the go-to person for HR administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You\’ll work closely with employees and managers, building strong relationships and helping to create a positive employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Providing timely and accurate HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handling confidential information with discretion
• Assisting with payroll-related tasks (training provided)
• Maintaining HR systems and producing reports
• Communicating effectively with employees and managers
• Managing multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organisational skills

What You\’ll Bring

• experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR
• Understanding of HR procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of payroll processes (desirable, but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Confidence in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools
