Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership career? Pilgrim\’s Europe, a global leader in food production, is looking for two dynamic and motivated Operations Team Leads to join our Production team at our Dungannon site.

Job Title – Operations Team Lead
Location – Dungannon
Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 18:00 – 02:15 am
Contract Type
- Permanet Contract – Full-time, monthly paid
Key Responsibilities
- lead, coach and support your team to achieve production goals
- maintain compliance with health&safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- drive efficiency, productivity, and team engagement
- promote a culture of improvement and accountability
- responsible for the performance and speeds of lines with the aim of maximising line efficiency
- monitor, control and report on the product quality of your area including product entering and leaving the area and the labelling of products.
- work to improve the work methods for productivity, performance, safety of the operation
- work closely with the managers in order to achieve KPIs and attend team meetings as required and contribute to good communication between management and operatives
- responsible for ensuring food safety, integrity, legality and quality at all times
- understand the Pilgrim\’s Europe Health and Safety Policy, Company Safety Rules and Statutory requirements applying to all operations under your control
About You
- experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role, ideally in manufacturing or food production
- Understanding of targets and KPI reporting.
- Computer Literate
- strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- a proactive, hands-on approach with focus on performance and development
- a strong understanding of health and safety and quality systems
- good attention to detail and able to use own initiative
