Role: Operations Leadership Graduate Trainee
Start Date: September 2026
Programme: This 18‑month structured development programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to lead people, improve processes and drive performance across fast‑paced manufacturing operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete three 6‑month site rotations at Bromborough, Anwick and Hyde
- Gain hands‑on experience across fresh pork, poultry, added value, branded and meat‑free operations
- Develop capability in people leadership, lean production and operational management
- Work in high‑volume, complex manufacturing environments with real responsibility
