Key Information: Competitive hourly rate of pay Opportunity to develop within a supportive team environment Full training and progression opportunities Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:45am – 17:00pm Key Responsibilities; Producing rendering reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis including reports on KPI’s, SAP, Stock takes, shift reporting and quality Maintain good working knowledge of SAP reports and stock management. Ordering all the rendering production goods and engineering parts. To manage stock on a weekly basis Support the planning and implementation of the daily production plan/supply plan and report and manage potential variances problems directly and promptly to management. Support with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures. Purchase Order creation for all invoices received, all purchases and tracking actual spend. Supporting with the management of goods in and out. Liaise with all appropriate departments to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Follow all Company policies, procedures and work methods Other administrative duties necessary for rendering management What are we looking for; Organisational skills Good Communication Skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Typing Skills Data Input Ability Self Motivated Good Working knowledge of Excel / Word / Email, preference will be given to those with advanced excel skills. IT Literacy Experience working with Excel Problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to prioritise work load Ability to cope under pressure Positive attitude to work and others Previous admin experience Previous Experience of working in a FMCG environment Previous experience of using SAP or an ERP system.
