We're hiring a Quality Technologist to join our Enniskillen team! This onsite role supports production by ensuring top-tier food safety, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Champion food safety and quality culture
  • Ensure compliance with BRC and customer standards
  • Lead technical projects (e.g. hygiene, allergen validations)
  • Manage supplier relationships and non-conformances
  • Support audits and investigations
  • Deliver training on HACCP, allergen awareness, etc.
  • Use data and OPEX tools to drive improvements

  • HACCP & Food Safety Level 3
  • Experience in food manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of BRC & industry standards
