What You'll Do
- Support the Farm Manager with daily farm operations and team supervision
- Help ensure excellent bird welfare, biosecurity, and hygiene standards
- Maintain accurate records covering birds, feed, stock, and suppliers
- Report on hatching eggs, health issues, and maintenance matters
- Support staff development, inductions, and health & safety compliance
- Work to budgets while supporting the commercial performance of the farm
- Actively reduce environmental impact through good working practices
Essential Criteria:
- Proven People Skills
- Sound decision maker
- Farm management experience
- Valid and full Driving Licence
