Job Description Multiskilled Engineer \n ?? Ashbourne Feed Mill \n Are you an experienced Multiskilled Engineer looking for a varied role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're seeking a proactive and hands-on engineer to join our team at Ashbourne Feed Mill, playing a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations. \n What You'll Be Doing \n \n Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the feed mill. \n Maintain and support a robust breakdown call-out system to minimise downtime. \n Monitor and report on maintenance performance and key KPIs. \n Ensure all pressure systems comply with legal and insurance requirements. \n Support maintenance purchasing and spare parts stock control within budget. \n Manage and maintain the site Permit to Work system. \n Assist in coaching and mentoring colleagues where required. \n Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with company standards. \n Provide out-of-hours support for breakdowns when required. \n \n Essential \n \n BTEC Level 4 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). \n Electrical qualification to 17th Edition standard. \n Mechanical engineering qualification. \n Strong organisational and communication skills. \n Flexible approach with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. \n \n Desirable \n \n Experience in a similar maintenance engineering role. \n Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. \n Experience working with boilers and pressure systems. \n IOSH qualification. \n Understanding of budget control and maintenance cost management. \n \n Why Join Us? \n This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy feed manufacturing operation where you'll have genuine responsibility, variety, and the chance to make a significant impact on site performance and reliability. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
