Quality Systems Lead Location

Attleborough Hours

Monday Friday 8am-5pm We are seeking a

Quality Systems Lead to drive food safety, quality and compliance across our site.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who is passionate about maintaining high standards, leading audits, and continuously improving quality systems within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do Maintain and develop the site's Quality Management System (QMS).

Lead internal audit programmes and coordinate customer and third-party audits.

Ensure compliance with BRCGS, customer, legislative and company requirements.

Manage customer complaints, investigations and corrective actions.

Support customer specifications and technical information systems.

Analyse quality data, trends and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement projects.

Promote a positive food safety and quality culture across the site.

Support and develop Quality Technologists and Technical Administration teams.

Essential Degree or Diploma in Food Safety, Food Technology or a related discipline.

HACCP Level 4 qualification.

Experience managing quality systems within a food manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of food safety legislation, quality standards and audits.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Experience with BRCGS and customer audits.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.

Experience leading technical or quality improvement projects.
