We are looking for a Payments Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career who enjoys hands-on accounting work and wants to build strong foundations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the month-end accounts process
  • Process journals and invoices for coding and payment
  • Maintain financial compliance and core controls
  • Ensure movement licences are processed accurately
  • Provide financial support to the wider business
  • Take ownership of small projects and daily tasks

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • Studying AAT or keen to start (ideal)
  • SAP experience is a bonus, but not essential
