Pilgrim's Europe is offering a permanent part-time Hygiene Team Leader role at our Ruskington site. Working hours are 22:00–08:00 on Saturday and Sunday (20 hours per week).
You will lead a team of operatives, ensure cleaning areas and equipment meet high standards, and maintain cleaning schedules in line with Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Safety rules.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, great attention to detail and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a hygiene environment.
