We are looking to recruit a Night Hygiene Operator within our Hygiene department who will play a key role in ensuring all production and packing areas are efficiently cleaned, maintained, and compliant with Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations at all times. If you\’re looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment, we would love to hear from you! Working Hours will be Monday- Friday 22:00pm – 06:00am You will be required to undertake the following (this is not an Exhaustive List): • Set up, changeover, and operate machinery and other equipment within standard operating procedures to achieve required outputs and quality. • Carry out a range of manual tasks and activities to ensure all tasks are completed within permitted time frames. • Check and monitor processes and make recommendations for adjustments where necessary. • Strip and clean machinery and equipment using correct procedures. • Operate high-pressure water guns for cleaning operations. • Place roll top waste bins on each line and empty as required. • Wash and clean floors in all factory areas. • Transport stillages, dolavs, and racks to wash bay and return to relevant areas. • Refill soap and towel containers in packing/production areas. • Empty waste containers and dispose of cardboard and waste correctly. • Clean sinks, hand dryers, corridors, and other factory hygiene points. • Use chemicals correctly and in safe concentrations. • Dismantle and reassemble line/area equipment and machinery where required. The successful candidate will have or be able to: • General good health and fitness • Previous factory cleaning experience (desirable) • Ability to work independently • Practical/manual handling skills • Basic Health & Safety awareness • Knowledge of COSHH • Teamwork and problem-solving skills • Willingness to be trained in additional required skills TPBN1_UKTJ
