Pilgrim's Europe is looking for a dedicated individual to support the Department Lead in the hatchery operations in Newark on Trent. The role entails ensuring top standards of hygiene, chick welfare, and overall hatchery performance while leading by example within the team.
You will be responsible for organizing daily routines, reporting on hatchery performance, and adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
The hours are 0415 - 1530hrs, for four days from six on a rolling six-week cycle, with some overtime required for startup checks.
