Take Ownership. Drive Accuracy. Deliver Impact. We're looking for a highly driven Inventory Control Manager to lead stock accuracy and system performance across our Attleborough site. In this key leadership role, you'll take full ownership of inventory control across site operations and 3PLs—ensuring data integrity, driving process compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a critical role in supporting operational performance through accurate reporting, analysis, and system optimisation. As part of the Pilgrim's Europe way of working, this is an office-based role, enabling close collaboration with site teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take full accountability for stock accuracy across site and 3PLs
  • Lead system ownership across SAP, Innova and related platforms
  • Ensure strong data integrity across all inventory systems
  • Support system improvements, upgrades and future transitions
  • Lead, coach and develop the Stock Control Team (days & nights)
  • Drive engagement and capability across system users site-wide
  • Provide training, guidance and support on SAP and Innova usage
  • Act as a key stakeholder across operations, finance, technical and supply chain
  • Ensure SOPs are up to date, trained out and consistently followed
  • Maintain compliance with SOX and internal standards
  • Monitor adherence and drive continuous improvement in processes
  • Deliver accurate daily KPI reporting
  • Track waste, identify trends and implement reduction initiatives
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
  • Monitor system performance and drive improvements
  • Lead production reconciliation activity and resolve discrepancies
  • Oversee cycle counts and inventory accuracy processes
  • Manage and resolve IDOCs and system errors in real time
  • Identify risks and work cross-functionally to mitigate them
  • Champion a “Safety as a Condition” culture
  • Ensure compliance with all H&S policies and processes
  • Proactively identify and address risks

What We're Looking For

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Proven experience in inventory control and systems management
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP and/or Innova
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities

Essential: Experience working with SAP/Innova systems, Food Safety / HACCP (or equivalent experience)
