We're looking for an Ethics & Compliance Associate to support and enhance our compliance programme across Pilgrim's Europe. This is a great opportunity for someone with a data-driven, analytical mindset to play a key role in strengthening ethics, governance, and risk management.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and analyse compliance data and fraud detection outputs
  • Investigate anomalies and support follow-up actions with stakeholders
  • Support third-party due diligence and risk management processes
  • Manage compliance activities including conflicts of interest, gifts & hospitality, and disclosures
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track compliance performance and trends
  • Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement of the compliance programme
  • Assist with data analysis across privacy and compliance workstreams

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in compliance, auditing or data analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g. anti-fraud, anti-corruption, third-party risk, data privacy)
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and collaborative approach

Desirable:

  • Experience with SAP or compliance tools (e.g. Lextegrity)
  • Background in FMCG or corporate environments
