Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a hands-on Livestock / Lairage Assistant in Llanidloes to support the Livestock Manager with daily lairage and livestock operations. You will help oversee staff, maintain welfare checks, and ensure accurate records and timely deliveries.
The role requires early starts and flexibility to cover weekends, evenings and bank holidays as needed to meet seasonal demand, with opportunities to step into a management capacity when required.
