We are recruiting for full time Night shift Operatives to work in our Hygiene Department at our Llanidloes site. We are looking for candidates who are keen to learn new skills, are focused and driven. If you feel that this describes you, we want to hear from you. We are looking to invest in people, providing role specific training to progress enthusiastic candidates up through the business.

Shift

Reporting to the Hygiene Manager, successful candidates will work with the Hygiene team to clean production and packing areas.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, changeover and operate machinery and other equipment in the area within standard operating procedures to achieve required outputs and quality.
  • Comply with the food and hygiene requirements at all times.
  • Operate high pressure water guns for cleaning operations.
  • Check and monitor processes making recommendations for any adjustments necessary to achieve product and process specification.
  • Empty waste containers from production departments as necessary.
  • Wash and clean floors in all areas of the Factory as necessary.

Key Information / Qualifications

  • Previous factory cleaning experience an advantage
