Pilgrim's Europe – Llanidloes site is seeking a Loading Bay Team Leader to support the Loading Bay Supervisor in ensuring the safe and timely movement of carcasses and boxed stock, with strict regard to safety, product quality and legislative requirements.
You will deputise for the Supervisor when needed and contribute to day-to-day operations, maintaining FSQM standards, liaising with internal teams and external bodies, and promoting a proactive safety culture.
