About the Role

As a Technical Compliance Auditor, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our processes meet legal, customer, and industry standards while helping to raise the bar on best practice. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role involving travel across sites, including agriculture operations and 24/7 manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and deliver audits across all areas of the business
  • Conduct compliance and continuous improvement audits
  • Maintain audit standards, systems, and checklists aligned with BRC, ISO, and customer requirements
  • Report audit findings professionally and within agreed timelines
  • Follow up on non-conformances and support corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and regulatory bodies
  • Support the development of a consistent audit approach across factory and agriculture operations
  • Provide KPI reporting and insights to senior leadership
  • Promote a culture of food safety, quality, and continuous improvement

About You

Essential

  • Proven experience in a Technical or Quality role within the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of BRC, ISO standards, HACCP, and food legislation
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable

  • Lead Auditor qualification
  • Level 4 HACCP and/or Food Safety qualification
  • Experience in meat/poultry processing, ready‑to‑eat production, or agriculture
  • Second language (French or Dutch preferred)
  • Poultry welfare qualification
