We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Controller to join our team at the Ruskington site.

Shift: 5 out of 6 days Afternoons

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all products consistently meet high Food Safety and Quality Standards.
  • Carrying out routine factory audits, including GMP, hygiene checks, packaging and labeling verification, and documentation reviews.
  • Ensuring full compliance with product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Supporting the site in producing high‑quality products and driving continuous improvement.
  • Accurately completing quality documentation and escalating any non‑conformances.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good IT skills, including Word and Excel
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in quality control or auditing within a food manufacturing environment is desirable
  • Food Safety Level 3 (or working toward it) would be advantageous
