Working within a high-performing engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring maximum equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and food safety. What You'll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities across the site Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and fault-finding issues Supporting production teams to maximise efficiency and performance Completing maintenance work orders and updating maintenance systems accurately Ensuring all factory areas are ready for production start-up Driving continuous improvement, reliability, and root cause analysis activities Supporting food safety, quality, health
