Role Purpose The Hygiene Operations Team Leader - Nights is responsible for leading and supervising the hygiene team during factory cleaning operations, ensuring all equipment and production areas meet required hygiene standards. The role supports compliance with health, safety, food safety, environmental, and company procedures while also managing day-to-day people matters, training, attendance records, and audit requirements.
