We are looking for an individual to join our Breeder team and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Tasks:
- Collecting commercial eggs from our laying farms
- Liaise with Farm Managers and organise collections
- Travel between sites
- Follow biosecurity procedures
- Helping on farms with other jobs, including chick placements and daily farm tasks
Role Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
- Willingness to travel between sites
- Complete all training requirements
- Ensure strict adherence to biosecurity and health & safety procedures
- Follow Red Tractor/industry assurance scheme standards
- Completed/willing to complete an NVQ Level 2
- No other contact with poultry or birds
- UK Driving license desired (UK license for over 1 year, No more than 6 live points, no previous convictions for DD, DG, DR)
