We are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our site team, driving capital investment and continuous improvement across the factory. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key projects, make a real impact, and help deliver operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the delivery of site capital plans to support performance and profitability targets.
  • Specify, cost and manage engineering projects from concept through to handover.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and with zero harm.
  • Manage suppliers and contractors across all project phases including tender, build, installation and commissioning.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered in line with governance and company procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement across people, processes and systems.
  • Produce and maintain site layouts and support capital approvals through internal systems (AFETS/SAP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Technical, HSE, Hygiene and NPD.
  • Identify new technologies and innovations to improve production efficiency.
  • Develop strong business cases and payback justifications for investment.
  • Support wider engineering activities and non-capital projects where required.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 5 qualification in an Engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous food production processes and factory services.
