Line Controller – Twilight Shift (Mon–Fri, 18:00–02:00)

We are looking for a motivated Line Controller to support our Operations Team Leader in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications.

What you will do:

  • Lead and support your production team to meet line targets.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Ensure accurate completion of production paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and management.
  • Help train, motivate, and develop your colleagues.
