We have an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Team Leader (Part Time Weekend Shift) to join our team at the Ruskington site! Working hours are 22:00pm - 08:00am on Saturday & Sunday (20h per week).
Successful candidates will lead a team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times. You will take ownership of your own work and support your team in achieving the best results whilst ensuring everyone complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Safety rules at all times.
Your duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environments.
Our ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail and the ability to lead and motivate the team. Previous experience working in the Hygiene Department is essential.
