We have an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Team Leader to join our team at the Ruskington site!
Shift: 5 days out of 6, predominantly on morning shift; however, flexibility is required to cover afternoons if needed.
Successful candidates will lead a team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery, and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and that cleaning schedules are met at all times. You will take ownership of your own work and support your team in achieving the best results whilst ensuring everyone complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH, and Food Safety rules at all times.
Your duties may involve working at heights, in confined spaces, and in cold and warm environments.
Our ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate the team. Previous experience working in a Hygiene Department is essential.
