to join our Central HR Talent & Experience team.

As a
Senior Recruiter , you will work collaboratively with hiring managers, HR teams, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently within our target 30-day time-to-hire while championing best practice recruitment processes and strengthening our employer brand.
What You'll Be Doing Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of functions and business areas.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Drive candidate attraction initiatives using a range of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, social media, talent pools, and referral programmes.
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Support the delivery of recruitment objectives, including achieving the business target of filling vacancies within a 30-day time-to-hire timeframe.
Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment best practices, providing guidance, coaching, and support to recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
Use recruitment data and insights to identify trends, improve processes, and support informed decision-making.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives that position Pilgrim's Europe as an employer of choice.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally at a senior level.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices.
Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Confidence coaching and influencing hiring managers and colleagues.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, and talent pools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make recommendations.
Outstanding communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
