We're looking for a highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality L&D service across the business. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role where you'll play a key part in coordinating training activity, managing systems, and ensuring accurate reporting that supports business success through our people.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain accurate data across L&D systems, including SuccessFactors LMS
- Produce reports and insights to support local and global L&D activity
- Coordinate workshops, programmes, and inductions (invites, resources, venues, comms)
- Manage LMS activity including SCORM uploads and reporting
- Support the Professional Study Policy application process
- Administer the L&D resource library and liaise with external providers
- Track budgets and support system processes
- Manage DiSC centre usage and reporting
- Create and maintain L&D communications (portal, newsletters, social content)
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Strong organisational, planning and coordination skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to challenge data accuracy
- Experience working with large, complex data sets
- Advanced MS Office skills (including Publisher)
- Experience using LMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors)
- Experience with LMS reporting and SCORM files
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to tight deadlines
- Proactive, self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
Desirable:
- Experience supporting Learning & Development or HR teams
- Exposure to DiSC or similar development tools
- Experience managing learning communications or internal content
