We're looking for a dynamic Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager to lead technical operations within a key business unit. You'll ensure the site consistently meets the highest standards of food safety, quality and compliance while supporting operational and financial performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and improve HACCP-based quality systems, ensuring BRC, legal and customer standards are always met.
  • Drive Food Safety & Quality culture across the site, supporting continuous improvement.
  • Conduct factory audits, analyse technical data and lead root-cause investigations.
  • Support customer audits, implement corrective actions and manage compliance.
  • Reduce complaints and streamline reporting, traceability and process control systems.
  • Lead, coach and develop the technical team, driving engagement and performance.
  • Contribute to CI plans and deploy lean tools to improve results.
  • Maintain strong hygiene standards and support site health & safety goals.
