Role Overview:

You will work as part of a team of operatives (varying in size), reporting to a Team Leader and Section Leader. Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors are essential.

This role is based in a temperature-controlled environment and involves long periods of standing and repetitive tasks.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Take responsibility for the setup and effective operation of production machinery

Deep clean factory areas and equipment. Carry out thorough cleaning of production rooms, walls, floors, drains, work surfaces, and high-level areas to prevent contamination
Working on a busy production line
Handling, packing products
Maintaining a clean and safe working environmental
Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs
