Pilgrim's Europe in King's Lynn is seeking an Area Coordinator - Manufacturing Process to lead production teams on-site. You will deliver production plans, manage people, and drive performance while upholding food safety, quality, and Health & Safety standards.
This hands-on role requires experience in food manufacturing, prior team leadership, and a solid grasp of HACCP, GMP, and Quality controls. You will monitor KPIs, run briefings, and support training and disciplinary processes as needed.
