You'll be the go-to person when things need to run smoothly, stepping up as a supervisor and making sure our chicks get the best start in life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Organising production lines and balancing workloads
- Monitoring egg and chick quality
- Prioritising hygiene and safety standards
- Reporting machinery issues and supporting maintenance
- Recording key data and using our computer systems
- Helping with despatch, loading, and unloading
- Supporting quality control and health & safety initiatives
You'll also be a key player in areas like the Egg Store, Transfers & Hatchers, Despatch, and Quality Control - no two days are the same!
What We're Looking For
- A natural leader with a positive attitude
- Organised, proactive, and great at problem-solving
- Comfortable working on their feet and using their hands
- Literate, numerate, and computer-savvy
- Experienced in hatchery or supervisory roles (a bonus!)
- Passionate about animal welfare, hygiene, and safety
