We're looking for an IT Business Analyst - MES to support the delivery of strategic IT projects within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse and improve manufacturing processes and IT systems, with a focus on MES solutions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to capture, define and document business requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications
  • Support system design, testing (including UAT) and deployment
  • Model as-is and to-be processes to drive operational improvement
  • Support data modelling and basic SQL logic to meet business needs
  • Contribute to business change, training and user adoption

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Experience with process modelling, requirements engineering and systems analysis
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership
  • Basic SQL knowledge and solid IT systems understanding
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe

Desirable:

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Background in FMCG, manufacturing or food industry
  • Exposure to SAP and large-scale system implementations
