Hiring: Hygiene Team Manager in Isle of Wight

Job Description We are looking for a talented individual to join our team at our Westerleigh site to fill a Hygiene Team Leader vacancy. \n Location - Westerleigh, BS37 8QZ \n Shift pattern - rotating on weekly basis, with start times below: \n \n Ensure full compliance with all Company hygiene standards, policies, and procedures within designated areas, consistently achieving and maintaining the required standards at all times. \n Ensuring that all areas of the site outside of the building are kept litter free, including ensuring containers stationed at various points around the site are emptied daily or as frequently as required. \n Carrying out frequent audits of condition of areas of responsibility and report any damage or repair requirements immediately to the Management team. \n Ensure there are suitable staff levels, that holiday and sickness absence is managed and report any shortfalls to the Hygiene Manager. \n Ensure all employees are appropriately trained.
