Pilgrim's Europe Attleborough are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Inventory Lead. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage and mentor a team of 2 Stock Controllers. Experience within the food industry is highly advantageous.
Duties:
- Leading the Stock Control team
- Taking responsibility for the system stock accuracy across the site and 3PLs
- Working with Supply Chain and Production ensuring SOPs are up to date with regards to inventory controls, training out and monitoring compliance
- Accountable for tracking and reporting daily waste and identifying areas for improvement and reduction
- Implementing identified improvements across the site
- Responsible for daily KPI reporting, ensuring timely accurate information is reported, supporting RCA investigations when differences occur
- Taking a leading role in the evolution of the inventory system and supporting future transitions, training and SOP development
Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge and experience of IT and Excel in particular
- Knowledge and experience of SAP / Innova
- Great communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace on multiple tasks
- Leading and engaging colleagues
