We have an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Team Leader to join us at our Ruskington site!
Shift Pattern: Night Shift - 22:00 - 06:00, 5 out of 7 days a week with Sunday as a permanent rest day, 40 hours per week.
Successful candidates will lead a team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times. You will take ownership of your own work and support your team in achieving the best results whilst ensuring everyone complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Safety rules at all times.
Your duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environments.
Our ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail and the ability to lead and motivate the team. Previous experience working in a Hygiene Department is essential.
