We have an exciting opportunity for Hygiene Team Leader Days to join our team at Ruskington site!
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday rotating every 4 weeks. You will work 45 hours per week as standard on permanent morning or afternoon shift.
Start & Finish times vary by department and as guidance you will either work
Successful candidates will lead team of operatives and ensure that work areas, machinery and equipment are cleaned to the highest standards and cleaning schedules are met at all times.
You will take ownership of you own work and support your team in achieving best results whilst ensuring everyone complies with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety, COSHH and Food Safety rules at all times.
Your duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environment.

- Previous Experience as Team Leader / Line Leader / Hygiene Department
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy skills.

- A hands-on approach to solving issues.
Our ideal candidate will need strong communication skills, great attention to detail and ability to lead and motivate the team.
