We are currently recruiting Full Time Hygiene Operatives to join our dynamic night shift team at the Linton site.

Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £700 per week!

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 9.30 pm - 6.00 am Saturday to Wednesday, giving you more time for yourself.

Training: Successful candidates will complete an initial training period scheduled Monday to Friday before moving to their standard working pattern.

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

About The Role: As a Hygiene Operative, you will be an integral part of a night shift cleaning team, working collaboratively to ensure all areas of operations and facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This includes following all health, safety and hygiene rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet technical hygiene requirements across all work areas
  • Ensure all associated records are accurately maintained and up to date

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Understanding of Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP requirements is an advantage
  • A proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent demonstrating technical awareness is desirable but not essential.
