Department: Finance. Location: Hyde. We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our site leadership team, leading all aspects of finance and partnering closely with operations and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for reporting, controls, business partnering and team leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Lead site financial reporting, including P&L, KPIs and variance analysis
- Manage and develop the on-site finance team
- Own the balance sheet, reconciliations and SOX compliance
- Support and challenge cost control, labour and overhead spend
- Partner with Commercial on costings, pricing and margin performance
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Drive improvements across systems, reporting and site performance
What You’ll Bring
