We're looking for an HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimise our SAP SuccessFactors Learning system, ensuring training is delivered, tracked and reported effectively across the business.
What You'll Do
- Provide LMS support and resolve user issues
- Configure and manage courses, users and learning content
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance (including SOX)
- Support reporting, dashboards and training compliance
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements
What You'll Bring
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or LMS platforms
- Strong data, reporting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Experience with HR systems and integrations (desirable)
