Pilgrim's Europe are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to lead our team at our Prepared Chicken Craigavon Site. This site produces award-winning products, where people and innovation are key. As part of the senior leadership team, the HR Business Partner will provide a strategic, proactive, effective and professional HR service to the site and all its internal customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the site adheres to Group driven policies, procedures and statutory legislation whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations.
- Proactively delivering and embedding all aspects of Group driven initiatives including employee reward, performance, development, DE&I.
- Working with the Site Director and the site Leadership team to implement the Group People strategy, cascading to all levels and supporting the delivery of people initiatives.
- Supporting the Site Director and Site Leadership team with complex ER matters including disciplinary, grievance and capability, including supporting on any investigations.
- Escalating to the Head of HR and Legal as required.
