Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will play a vital role in delivering an effective and efficient HR advisory service, supporting both operational and strategic people objectives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practice. What You'll Do Employee Relations Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters. Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, and conduct cases in line with company policies and employment legislation. Support managers to achieve timely and effective case resolution. Assist in driving a positive employee relations culture across the site. Absence Management Partner with managers to reduce absence levels and support attendance improvement initiatives. Coordinate sickness absence management processes, including return-to-work support and occupational health referrals. Maintain accurate absence records and support delivery of site absence KPIs.
