HR Advisor

Reports to: HR Business Partner / Senior HR Advisor
Role Purpose
To provide proactive, generalist HR support across all sites, ensuring alignment with company strategy, legal compliance, and best practice. The role supports employee relations, policy implementation, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of people strategy and HR KPIs (absence, retention, turnover).
- Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Manage ER cases, absence, and occupational health referrals.
- Ensure HR systems and data are accurate and compliant.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance.
- Promote diversity, engagement, and well-being initiatives.
- Collaborate on resource planning and community outreach.
- Participate in HR projects and cross-site activities.
