Job Description Senior Commercial Manager – Foodservice \n We're looking for an ambitious Senior Commercial Manager to drive growth within our Foodservice channel, identifying new opportunities, winning new business and building long-term customer partnerships. \n What You'll Do \n \n Identify and develop new routes to market, customers and growth opportunities \n Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Foodservice sector \n Generate and convert a robust pipeline of new business opportunities \n Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans to drive sales and margin growth \n Manage customer performance, forecasting and commercial KPIs \n Work closely with Marketing, NPD, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver winning customer solutions \n Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer performance to identify opportunities and risks \n Lead promotional planning and evaluate effectiveness to maximise return on investment \n \n What You'll Bring \n \n Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management \n Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and winning new business \n Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills \n Commercial mindset with strong forecasting and planning capability \n Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo \n Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with a passion for growth \n Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel \n \n Desirable: \n \n Foodservice sector experience \n Experience delivering category growth and promotional strategies \n Degree qualification \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
