Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a seasoned Head of Fixed Cost Management to own planning, control and reduction of a c.£1bn fixed cost base across 40+ sites in the UK and Europe.
The role is based in Uxbridge and requires multi-site leadership in FP&A, benchmarking and cost improvement.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will drive Zero-Based Budgeting, cost dashboards and governance, while delivering savings across indirect labour, contract services, utilities and other overheads.
