Job Description External Warehouse Capacity Supervisor \n Department: Logistics / Supply Chain \n We're looking for an experienced External Warehouse Capacity Supervisor to manage third-party warehouse operations and chilled storage capacity across our logistics network. \n What You'll Do \n \n Manage day-to-day operations across external chilled and frozen warehouse providers \n Lead relationships with 3PL partners , ensuring service, cost and quality targets are achieved \n Support capacity planning and network optimisation initiatives across the logistics network \n Monitor warehouse performance, KPIs and stock accuracy \n Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions \n Support S&OP processes by aligning warehouse capacity with business demand \n Lead logistics improvement projects from concept through to implementation \n Work closely with Supply Chain, Operations and Logistics teams to drive performance \n \n What You'll Bring \n \n Significant experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations \n Strong understanding of warehouse management, distribution and 3PL operations \n Experience leading continuous improvement and change initiatives \n Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills \n Ability to drive performance through KPI management and operational analysis \n Experience working within FMCG, manufacturing or complex supply chain environments \n Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland \n \n Desirable: \n \n SAP knowledge \n Experience managing external logistics contracts and performance reviews \n Experience developing procedures, audits and operational standards \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
