Join Pilgrim’s Europe as a Technical Coordinator and play a key role in supporting food safety, quality, and compliance across our Grantham site.

Working within the Technical team, you will be responsible for managing technical documentation, coordinating testing schedules, maintaining audit and calibration records, and supporting customer and internal reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain technical systems, records, and document control.
  • Coordinate microbiological, allergen, and statutory testing schedules.
  • Manage calibration records and audit action tracking to ensure compliance.
  • Support product labelling, specifications, and technical administration activities.
  • Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Food industry, quality, or food hygiene experience is desirable but not essential.
